Where Can I Purchase Tickets
Online ticket ordering can be done at Musictoday. You can also purchase tickets from several stores in the Hudson Valley Area, including FYE, Oblong, and Rhino.

What time do the gates open and close?
The gates open at 10:15 a.m. and close at 11:45 p.m. on September 4th.

Where do I park?
Free on-site parking is available.  A limited number of premium parking passes are available for an additional $5.00 through the website.

What should I do if I’m handicapped?
There will be designated handicap spaces available for those with a current state-issued handicap parking permit.
Please remember that space on the festival site is extremely limited, and though we actively follow and exceed NYS guidelines for the number of handicapped spaces to provide for a festival of our size, we cannot guarantee an onsite handicapped parking space for anyone.  These spaces are first-come, first-serve.

How can I sell my green/hudson valley related product at the festival?
We’re currently accepting submissions for vendors to debut their products at the festival. Space is limited so vendor spots are first come, first serve. Please send an email to info@hudsonvalleygreenfestival.com with contact and company info – someone from HVGF will get back to you shortly.

Is there camping onsite?
There is no camping at the festival.  However, you may camp at nearby Mills-Norrie State Park Campground.

Are there hotels nearby?
Hotels, inns and B&B’s are located in the areas of Kingston, Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. We recommend checking out I Stay Green to book your room.

Are food and beverages sold at the festival?
Terrapin Catering will provide a diverse selection of food onsite with vegetarian options, along with a variety of beverages. A Beer Pavilion will offer New York State craft beers for those 21 and over with a valid drivers license.

Can I bring my cooler to the festival?
Coolers are prohibited from entering the site.

Can I have glass bottles at the festival?
Please do not bring glass bottles to the festival. Please put all beverages in a cup, and don’t forget to recycle!

What about pets?
No pets are allowed anywhere on-site.  No dogs are allowed without legal documentation of it being a service dog.
